Service
Quaprogen provides AI-assisted phone intake, research, task planning, approved external actions, follow-up and outcome tracking. Automated output may be incomplete or incorrect and must not replace professional legal, medical, financial or emergency advice.
Customer authorization
You confirm that you are authorized to configure the phone numbers, businesses, contacts, calendars, accounts and workflows you provide. You are responsible for required caller notices, consent, lawful instructions and the accuracy of information supplied to Quaprogen.
Approval boundaries
Quaprogen may prepare actions, but consequential actions such as purchases, settlements, contracts, cancellations, account changes, bookings and disclosures of protected information require the approval shown in the product. You must review proposed actions before approving them.
SMS messaging
If you separately opt in, Quaprogen may send transactional text messages about call reports, service requests, appointments and account updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase or use Quaprogen.
Billing and service status
Subscriptions renew until canceled. Trials convert to paid service unless canceled before the trial ends. Usage and plan limits apply. Failed payment, suspected abuse, compliance problems or safety risks may cause service restriction or suspension.
Availability and liability
Quaprogen does not guarantee uninterrupted service, successful transfers, appointments, payments, recovered revenue or resolution of any case. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Quaprogen is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Termination and changes
You may cancel through Account Management. Quaprogen may update these terms or stop unsafe or unlawful use. Material changes will be posted with an updated date.
