Cancellation and Refund Policy

Trials
Cancel before the stated trial end date to avoid the first subscription charge. Phone-number, carrier, usage or implementation charges identified as separate may not be included in a free trial.
Subscriptions
You may cancel through Account Management. Unless the product states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues until then.
Refunds
Except where required by law, subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Setup or implementation fees are non-refundable after configuration work begins.
Billing errors
Report duplicate charges, incorrect amounts or service-access failures promptly to support@quaprogen.com. Quaprogen will investigate supported billing errors and correct verified mistakes.
